I’m the kind of woman who starts her morning with a sunrise run and ends the day slow dancing to smooth jazz with a piece of dark chocolate in hand. I love the rush of a good workout just as much as the calm of a deep meditation - balance is my thing, in life and on the plate (think seafood, greens... and yes, dessert is always earned 😉).
